Full eternity rings need to be made to measure as the diamonds go all round and cannot be re-sized afterwards. The advantage of full eternity bands is that the ring looks the same from all angles even when it spins on the finger. An unbroken circle of diamonds is the ultimate symbol of everlasting eternity with no beginning, middle or end.
