Cushion cut diamond with small round brilliant diamonds microset all round in a handmade ring. "Microset" means that each small diamond is precision set using a microscope so that it sits in its own individual prongs.
The picture shows a 1.07 carat F VS1 central cushion diamond. Less than 1 in 300 diamonds is cut in the cushion cut shape. The majority of cushion diamonds are 1+ carats.
