Stunning large cushion cut diamond ring solitaire in hand-crafted ring in your choice of platinum or 18ct white or 18ct yellow gold. It takes great skill and workmanship to make this design which is only suitable for diamonds of >1 carat. The picture shows a 2.3 carat D VS2 central cushion diamond. Less than 1 in 4000 diamonds is cut in the cushion cut shape. As cushion is a deeper style of cut than round brilliant, a cushion diamond looks smaller than the same carat round brilliant diamond. Hence, this style is best with larger carat weights of cushion diamonds.
